Why Join CCI – Manitoba?

The Canadian Condominium Institute is a non-profit organization with a membership which represents all aspects of condominium living and works to advance the following objectives:

1. To provide Condominium Directors with educational services.

2. To provide Condominium Directors and Members with assistance with any problems encountered in operating Condominium Corporations.

3. To protect and improve the quality of life which is afforded to residents in condominium properties.

4. To provide guidance to various levels of government with regard to the establishment of policies and/or legislation which provide for the equitable treatment of condominium properties.

Membership in CCI (Manitoba) entitles you to attend specially formatted seminars on current topics such as Condominium Insurance, Condominium Law, Reserve Funds, and others.

An annual Workshop for Condominium Boards of Directors is also held where a Condominium Board Member is better able to learn the duties and responsibilities of his/her position in representing your Condominium Corporation.

CCI (Manitoba) is also your lobbying group with respect to various levels of government or other bodies on matters of vital concern to the Condominium Community.

Fire Safety Upgrading, Realty Taxes, and other matters of real concern to the Condominium Community are discussed with those who can make changes. With a unified group working on your behalf, we have the ability to effect positive change for the Condominium Community.

As a Member of The Canadian Condominium Institute (Manitoba Chapter) you will receive the CCI Newsletter (National and Provincial), CCI Membership Certificate, reduced cost admission to all CCI activities, as well as the benefit of knowing that your voice, through your membership, will be heard and appropriate action taken.
